Asheesh, from my knowledge CREE XPG R5 and CREE XMLu2 are best.
Next, for making a order you need to download datasheet from Cree and check exact bin label for colour and intensity. So as you feel, asking just for 3w stuff won't work as there can be 100s of such from single company.
If you want me to do that help, I am free to do for you.
For sake of quote, just ask dealer for price of 50pcs, but for that you ll need bin number.
Use http://www.cutter.com.au you ll get idea of it and price
Cheers, n advance new year!

Re: LED exhibition delhi
Wow, Rajiv.
I wish they made T8s also. I seem to see just CREE floodlights, such heavy built stuff. Seems it will fall into the water some day..

Re: LED exhibition delhi
Has this group order been finalised ? If No, perhaps I can help since I ordered CREEs in the past.
For whites , go for XP-G Cool White 6500K. There is no need for bin numbers etc as these are regular LEDs and the supplier should be familiar.
For the drivers, Meanwell as 3 varities - non dimmable, dimmable with a potentiometer and dimmable using PWM circuits. Also note that for 3W LEDs, the Meanwell will max out at roughly 14 LEDs. So in case you are ordering 15 LEDs or more , you need to order two drivers. Will the Meanwell support 15 LEDs instead or 14 ? No.
