Sanjeevni Plant..

Unread post by rajivzee »

Hi Guys,
To my recent visit to "Bhagirath Palace" I saw a guy selling this plant called as "Sanjeevni Plant". It can be put in pot or underwater.
I bought two plants in dry state which now turns green..I'm wondering if its safe to put in a aquarium

selaginella sp. plants are not suitable to keep underwater. I kept these plants in my paludarium but they spoil continuous water fall over them.

Selaginella are purely terrestrial plants. They don't appreciate too much water near their roots, but do well in high humidity.

They are excellent terrarium plants, i bought my first resurrection plants as a college goer. Their shade of green and fine leaf structure is unique.

They can be grown in pots also, and are from the genus Selaginella.
