Terrestrial gardening/plants thread.
Hi all,
Let's share our terrestrial gardening activities and exotic terrestrial plants here in this thread. I'm sure many of us are into gardening here!
Here's a flower of my bulbophyllum orchid. Don't know exact species name.
Cheers,
Karthik

My next plan is to keep Orchids and Carnivorous plants in paludarium.

That's great. Carnivorous plants, lithops and rare cacti collection is my next plan.SCORPIO wrote:Wow!

Don't think orchids can survive Delhi's climatic conditions.SCORPIO wrote:Wow!

Re: Terrestrial gardening/plants thread.
Orchids can grow in Delhi heat. You have to increase the humidity.
Vandas can be grown in the soil. Phalanopsis, dendrobiums and many more on the bark of trees with added coco peat and charcoal. And humidity. People often built a stream of some sort and place the plants above it, though there can be many other ways too.
For a paludarium a few dwarf varieties are also available though not recommended
Warm regards
