Duke - The Stunner

Duke is a halfmoon betta who is roughly around 4 months of age.I took possession of just few days ago . Can any one identify his strain? (He is a halfmoon,Body is a mix of Cambodian and Dragon)

Dont know the strain but it is looking in some stress.

Scales pointing out can also be because of dropsy.

Let it settle down and start flaring. We can recognise the type. Betta don't like high water flow.

These pics were taken right after when he was added to the tank.He is fine now.Shooting through the plants .
. He flares like a champ . There is a DIY spraybar to control the flow (not in the picture)
